The main material of PU stone is polyurethane, and its production involves two processes: 

One is the **Laminating Process**, where a layer of PVC film is applied to the surface. This type is exclusively designed for indoor use, featuring high cost-effectiveness and high production efficiency. When used indoors, it can last for more than 20 years; however, its service life is only about 5-6 years if used outdoors.

 The other is the **In-mold Painting Process**. First, a layer of primer is sprayed, followed by grouting. After the finished product is formed, an additional layer of topcoat is applied. This type is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, with water resistance, moisture resistance, and UV resistance properties. It can maintain good performance for more than 20 years regardless of indoor or outdoor application. Moreover, its texture and grain are closer to those of real stone. It also boasts advantages such as light weight (enabling easy installation), wide moldability, diverse styling options, low maintenance costs, collision avoidance, and so on.
